Individual Therapy is a 1:1 session with myself. We tailor the sessions to your individual needs. Below is an outline of the types of sessions I offer:
Initial Consultation: I offer a 30 minute initial consultation with you, this gives us the opportunity to meet and discuss what you hope to achieve from therapy. If we decide that we are a good match then we meet weekly for one hour sessions. It is difficult to say how long you will attend therapy however we will work closely together to monitor your progress and plan accordingly.
1:1 Session: A one to one individual session lasting 60 minutes. Sessions can be booked once off, or in a six week installment (one session every week for six week's time)
